Linnaean names & technical vocabulary

The Linnaean names identified and tagged in MED so far have been extracted into two lists of identical contents but differing format, as listed below. Those working with the raw MED xml should note that the element <TAG> currently has two forms: <TAG> without attributes should generate surrounding parentheses in the display, as well as an italic font. <TAG PAR="N"> should also display in italic, but with no surrounding parentheses. These are trivial matters of display but worth saying.

2. as a marked-up text file taxonomy.txt.
